Einstellung des Produktsupports und der Produktweiterentwicklung
In dieser Übersicht finden Sie Informationen über den Zeitpunkt der Einstellung der Weiterentwicklung (Bereitstellung von Updates und Patches) von AVM-Produkten (EOM - End of Maintenance) und der Einstellung des Herstellersupportes (EOS - End of Support).
Für den Einsatz von AVM-Produkten unter den Betriebssystemen Windows NT, Me, 98, 95 und älter leistet AVM keinen Support.
Auch wenn das End of Maintenance oder End of Support erreicht ist, bleibt die Produkt-Garantiedauer von - in der Regel - 5 Jahren bestehen.
Um Ihr Produkt eindeutig zuordnen zu können, benötigen Sie die achtstellige Artikelnummer von der Unter-/Rückseite Ihrer FRITZ!Box.
