The next topics in the series: multimedia applications and optimized WLAN. All products in the FRITZ! family are Windows 7-compatible straight out of the box.

The FRITZ!Box does not require an update to connect Windows 7-enabled PCs with the Internet rapidly and securely. From today, the FRITZ!Box manufacturer AVM is introducing the new Internet series “FRITZ!Box and Windows 7” at
www.avm.de/en/windows7. The current feature shows you how to construct a home network. In combination with Windows 7, the FRITZ!Box can be used to connect several computers with one another easily and securely. This allows all users in a network to access photos, documents, music or videos via the FRITZ!Box. For this, the PCs are connected to the FRITZ!Box with a cable or wirelessly via WLAN. The next feature in the Internet series will illustrate topics such as optimized WLAN, multimedia applications and VPN using the FRITZ!Box and Windows 7.
