FRITZ!WLAN Repeater N/G

Configuring the FRITZ!WLAN Repeater using the web browser

Proceed as follows to connect to the repeater in just 4 steps:

1. Make sure that the WLAN base station (access point) and adapter are switched on, and that both devices are located within radio range of the repeater.
2. Start the search function in the software of your WLAN adapter, and select the network named "FRITZ!WLAN Repeater N/G".
3. Enter the WPA/WPA2 key: "00000000" (8 zeros, no quotation marks).
4. After you have registered at the FRITZ!WLAN Repeater N/G for the first time, simply enter "fritz.repeater" in the web browser.

The FRITZ!WLAN Repeater Wizard then will guide you through the remaining configuration steps.



Note:
To connect to the repeater the WLAN client must support at least the WPA encryption standard.
